Fast-paced, fun, full-service direct marketing agency looking for a talented graphic designer to join our growing team.

  • Work with our account and production teams to develop and design communication materials that deliver results: direct mail, brochures, newsletters, emails, lightboxes, digital assets, and webpages.
  • Provide recommendations for interactive package/concept designs that will help engage donors and prompt action.
  • Build files based on specifications (color correct and prep for printing).
  • Learn about client needs, goals, target markets, ideas, and challenges.
  • Analyze client markets, competitors and business trends.
  • Assist with scheduling, and make sure projects are delivered on time.
  • Keep up to date with marketing and design trends.
  • Complete design projects based on initial design concepts and/or existing templates.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2 years in a true marketing/communications or graphic design role/environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Exceptionally detailed oriented

  • Tech savvy, cloud computing understanding

Senior Account Director Job Description

The MINDset direct Senior Account Director plays a key, proactive role in driving direct response fundraising and advocacy strategy from inception through to completion for several clients. The Senior Account Director must effectively collaborate with MINDset colleagues, our clients, and our creative and production partners, to ensure the on-time execution of multiple concurrent projects. This role requires a self-motivated individual with outstanding written and verbal communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, a broad-ranged understanding of fundraising strategies, and the ability to develop & execute strategy, and manage production.

Experience and Capabilities:

  • 8+ years relevant work experience in direct response fundraising, strategic planning and data analysis
  • Excellent organizational and project/time management skills – must be able to handle multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Ability to work with a variety of partners and clients
  • Ability to independently establish and manage to work priorities
  • Work independently as well as part of a team
  • Solution-focused
  • Excellent communications skills

Specifically:

  • Ability to work in matrix managed team setting
  • Lead client relationship manager
  • Complete management and execution of fully integrated, multi-channel direct response program

Production:

  • Manage schedules and timelines
  • Coordinate with creative and copy partners from kick off through final client approval
  • Prepare production/design templates from strategic kick off including components, specs, tests, controls
  • Outline package codes for tests and controls
  • Coordinate production kick off meetings
  • Coordinate scanline approvals (either bank or internal)Coordinate and follow up on samples
  • Data management knowledge, including:
    • Providing data and personalization instructions to production partners
    • Coordinating acquisition merge/purge process and data splits
    • Coordinating housefile segmentation and mail plans
    • Review and approve file counts and laser sign offs
